    How to prepare for your sleep consultation

    A few pointers so you arrive ready, with a clear sleep diary to share.

    1. Log your nights every day

      In Somnologs, enter your bedtime and wake-up times day by day, ideally over two to three weeks before the appointment.

    2. Generate your sleep diary

      The app turns your nights into a clear diary, ready to read and to print or export as a PDF.

    3. List your questions and treatments

      Note what you want to discuss and any ongoing treatments, so nothing is forgotten on the day.

    4. Bring or send your diary

      Show your diary during the consultation, or send it to the practitioner beforehand.
