For healthcare professionals

A clear sleep diary, ready for the appointment.

Somnologs is designed first for doctors and sleep centers. The patient logs their nights day to day, and you receive a structured, readable diary from the very first appointment.

What you receive

A clean export the patient sends you by email, as a PDF or printed, over the period you ask for.

  • The full sleep diary: the night-by-night grid over the chosen period
  • The times of each night: bedtime, falling asleep, awakenings, getting up
  • A numerical summary: efficiency, sleep time, latency, awakenings, regularity of times
  • The medical questionnaire filled in by the patient: history, symptoms, current treatments
  • The validated scales matched to the profile (insomnia, daytime sleepiness, anxiety…), with their raw score
  • How the patient felt and how rested they were on waking, as they noted it

Descriptive data, as the patient lived and noted it. The scale scores are raw, with no clinical interpretation.

An objective and reminders, for fuller diaries

Your patients set their own sleep rhythm (bedtime, wake-up) and get regular reminders. Fewer missed entries, and a diary that is genuinely complete by the time of the consultation.

  • The patient chooses their sleep objective, at their own pace
  • Reminders to fill in the diary, without the forgotten-paper chore
  • Reminders for medication, appointments and bedtime

In your practice

From the first appointment

The patient arrives with their nights already noted. Less time spent reconstructing the history, more time for the conversation.

Between two appointments

Follow-up continues at home. You see what has happened since the last visit, without waiting for the next one.

Over time

Habits take shape over several weeks. An overall view, not a single self-reported night.

Where the data goes

The patient stays in control. You only receive what they decide to share.

  • The patient's nights stay on their device
  • The data is encrypted, and it is the patient who sends it to you
  • You only receive what they choose to share

Somnologs is a wellness app, not a medical device, and it makes no diagnosis. If you have persistent sleep difficulties, talk to a healthcare professional.

Adrien Delannoy, fondateur de Somnologs

Behind the app

Hi, I'm Adrien. I design and develop Somnologs on my own. Unreadable sleep diaries, nights spent tangled in polysomnography cables: I know all of that. The app grew out of a simple observation: without a sleep diary kept seriously, the appointment starts in the dark.

I talk directly with the practitioners who use it, and every piece of field feedback shapes what comes next. If you see something to improve for your practice, let's talk: I'm reachable, and I reply myself.

Research & partnerships

A tool designed for research too

Somnologs produces structured sleep diaries, gathered over time and as close as possible to patients' daily lives. That is exactly the kind of data research protocols often lack.

Observational study, cohort, follow-up of a care pathway, dissertation or thesis: if you have a project that touches on sleep, the app can adapt, and I'm open to building the pieces you are missing. Write to me, and we look together at what is possible.

Discuss a research project
  • Longitudinal dataSleep noted night after night, over weeks, not a snapshot at one moment.
  • A clean, exportable formatReadable diaries, ready to fold into your analyses.
  • Adaptable to your protocolCustom fields, collection periods, we calibrate the tool with you.

Your center in our directory

We list 500 sleep centers and clinics in France. If you run a center, check your listing or ask to become a partner center.
